OUR STORY
How we started
My name is Stephanie Cooley and I'm currently a stay-at-home mom with a passion for baking. In high school I discovered my love of baking when I chose to persue a project in cake baking and decorating at a local bakery. I discovered I had a gift and fell in love with it. Later on in life I was struggling to find a job in a harsh economy and fell back on baking cakes from home for friends and family. I eventually landed a job working in a cupcakery and unfortunately fell victim to carpal tunnel syndrome and was terminated from my baking position. Now, I have once again fallen back on my passion for baking and decided to once again persue my dream of operating my own business.
All my products are made entirely from scratch. Currently, I make custom and noncustom cakes, cupcakes, cookies and brownies. I also make my own fondant as well. I believe making my own fondant presents a fresher and better tasting product than purchasing pre-made product in the store. During the holiday season I plan on having home made candies as well.
